Michelle Sellgren is a REALTOR® with Watson Realty Corp. and works out of the Longwood office. She chose to hang her license with Watson, a trusted name in real estate since 1965, because everything Watson does is top quality and the atmosphere in the office is a pleasant one where agents help each other get the job done. Michelle currently lives in Altamonte Springs and is quite familiar with much of Central Florida, having spent her teen years in the area. She went to DeLand High School, graduating in 1985, and has personally lived in Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Park, Deltona and Maitland. Of course, she is familiar with Orlando and Kissimmee, assisting folks who come to Central Florida to enjoy the attractions.

Michelle started her real estate career in South Florida, Palm Beach County, in 2003. She has equally enjoyed assisting buyers and sellers, since each real estate transaction is so unique and the needs of each client so very different.

In 2014 Michelle joined Watson and now focuses her attention on Central Florida. She returned to the area in 2009 to be near family after a divorce. She is all too familiar with the havoc that a divorce can wreak on one’s credit, especially when a foreclosure is involved. Michelle’s professional background, besides experience in real estate sales, also includes over 20 years as a marketing and design professional. As a graphic designer, Michelle has expertise to harness the power of modern technology and market with results in mind. Early in her career, the focus was on print, creating beautiful magazines, brochures, flyers, etc. Now, everything digital is the norm.
